MyNannyCheck is in full compliance with the FCRA. The FCRA is a federal law that regulates the collection, dissemination, and use of consumer information, including consumer credit information.

Users and suppliers of information obtained for employment purposes have several obligations under the FCRA. 

If you choose to use MyNannyCheck for a background check, we will provide all relevant documents to you and your applicant in accordance with the FCRA.
